Itinerary
Arrival at Srinagar international Airport, our representative will meet & Greet you and transfer to Houseboat in
Srinagar, Upon arrival, let’s visit local sightseeing. Let’s visit Mughal Gardens, Heritages Places, and Cheshma Shahi (By
Shah Jehan in 1632 AD.), Pari Mahal (By Dara Shikoh), Nishat Bagh (By Asaf Khan in 1633 AD.), Shalimar Bagh (By
Jehangir in 1616 AD) Hazratbal shrine in evening Spend your day at leisure at hotel, followed by Dinner.
Explore the Beautiful 'Valley of Milk.' The driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you on an
excursion to Doodhpathri. Stroll through the panoramic 'Valley of Milk’ and marvel at the vast green
meadows and those rivers seem like milky streams. After the sightseeing, return to Srinagar and
explore some nearby markets. You can visit Badshah Chowk & Zaina Kadal Market and shop for some
unique souvenirs. Have an overnight stay in Srinagar.
After breakfast, let’s drive to Gulmarg, which is known as the “meadow of flowers” & is one of the most
beautiful summer resorts in the Valley, which is 8700 feet approx. It is also popular for its golf course (in summer).
and for being world-famous for snow in winters. After reaching in Gulmarg, you can check in to your pre-booked hotel
and go for a sightseeing of Gulmarg Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. One can have
Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg. In evening, check in to Gulmarg Hotel. Dinner and
overnightstay at Hotel.
(Note : Only in case of heavy Snowfall at Gulmarg, our cab will drop you at Tangmarg.). Post Tangmarg you have to
arrange a different 4 by 4 vehicle from union as traffic police will not allow us to enter using sedan cab.
(The gondola ride for 2 adults is already included.)
After a leisurely breakfast, checkout from hotel and leave for Pahalgam. En-route visit saffron Fields & 19th
Century Awantipura Ruins. Upon arrival, check in to the pre-arranged Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure, Enjoy
nature & walk around the bank of river Lidder. Pahalgam isfamous for some trekking routes also & is the base
camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
(NOTE : One can go to Aru (10 km from Pahalgam), which is a fine meadow of picturesque scenery and starting
point of trekking of (Liddarwat, Kolahoi Glacier & Trsar Lake) Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari. ABC valley (At
your own cost).
After breakfast, let’s checkout from hotel and drive to Srinagar. Upon arrival, let’s check into houseboat and
spend your day at leisure at Houseboat. Evening Lake rides by Shikara (Small Cruise Boat) to visit Floating
Gardens, Lotus Gardens, and Nehru Park inside of the Dal Lake After that, return back to the hotel for an overnight stay and
dinner.
(Note : Shikara Ride will be provided for 1 hour for 2 adults.)

Terms & Condition
Booking Policy
30 days or more prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost
29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 70% of the package cost
19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost
Final handover of hotel vouchers/ Air tickets will be done only upon receiving full and final payment for payments made through cheques documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearance.
Service Fee – A Fee of Rs 2000/- Per Person (Adult) & Rs 1000/- Per Child will be applicable and it is already included in Package cost.
The Service fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received before 19 days from the date of departure or on schedule date. Booking policy is subject to change depending upon the travel period and destinations opted for. 100% payment may be required in advance for specific destinations or high end hotels.
Natural Calamities– Incase of any Natural calamity – Floods/Earthquake, Landslides etc – no refund possible. We will offer the best way out or possible scenarios like- postponing the travel plan or rescheduling (Any Charges for the same will be borne by the guest).
Medical Pandemic (Covid-19)- Incase of any medical Pandemic like Covid -19, Bird Flu, SARS etc we follow the Govt. and Local administration Guidelines for the Safety of our guests and service providers. We are liable to cancel any package or denial of service due to non compliance of the safety procedures prescribed by the Local administration and Government directives. No refund will be done in that case. We will provide credit shell in its place. No monetary refund will be done in any order.
Amendment/Postponed – In Case of any Pre –Postponement of the trip we do it as per the availability. Any charges for it shall be borne by the guest.
The package once pre or postponed becomes non- refundable and amendable.
Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation of holiday, the cancellation request must be informed to us via email. No Whatsapp or verbal communication will be entertained in this regard.
As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

The cancellation charges are based on the above mentioned grid or the deposit amount whichever is higher.

Our liability – in all cases shall be limited to the costs of your travel arrangements.We do not accept any responsibility for any third party services or service providers like hotels, transport etc. For example, travel delays are the responsibility of the transporters, vehicle will move on metallic road only and inefficient hospitality is the responsibility of the hotels. Any extra amenities like room heater, Gala dinner or extra event charges must be paid on direct payment basis. We are only your tour operator and at no time do we act as managers for your respective responsibilities and personal obligations. We are therefore not responsible for your acts, misdemeanor, omissions and neither are we responsible for managing any of your personal affairs; for example we are not responsible for ensuring the safety of your personal belongings, travel documents etc at any time before the commencement of the tour or after it or during the tour Exactness Not Guaranteed We cannot and do not guarantee the exactness of any service that may be provided to you. Similarly, while we assure you of enjoyable holidays, we cannot and do not guarantee or represent that such tour will be as per your mental perception, imagination or thoughts about such tours Forfeiture of Deposits We shall be within our rights to forfeit the non -refundable interest free deposit paid by you. In the event you cancel the booking, or on failure on your part to adhere to the tour payment schedule as informed in the documentation check list or you are unable to travel on the tour booked due to any reason whatsoever, including medical ground or sickness, the non- refundable interest free deposit shall stand forfeited, and the scale of cancellation set out in the Cancellation Policy shall be applicable and binding Please be advised that these are the sole and complete terms and conditions governing the tour operations, supplemented only by the User Agreement.
